A stunning transformation of "before n after" at the City of Gosnells in WA. An area dogged by shade and heavy traffic, the team resorted to a Mineral Magic incorporation into the soil then a Rye oversow. What was even more remarkable was that shortly after germination, the pump was out of service for over 7 days and the highly experienced team attributed it to the Mineral Magic retaining the moisture in the soil.
